The complete sequence
Each stage has a deliberate gate. Nothing moves forward because time passed; it moves because a decision was made and recorded.
Share the problem, the audience, the scope you have in mind and any references or specifications. Drafts can be saved as you go.
Every submission is read by the studio. We assess feasibility, clarity, technical risk and whether we are the right team for it.
We discuss open questions, define the work and issue a versioned quotation. Nothing begins until you accept the written scope.
Once the quotation is accepted, the project enters execution. Milestones, progress notes and communication stay in your dashboard.
You review against the agreed scope and raise any included revisions. Material scope changes are quoted separately.
After completion and review, the invoice is paid and verified. Source code, documentation and agreed assets are then released.
Review is not a formality. We look for work we can define, price and deliver responsibly. A clear “no” is better than a project that should never have started.
Clarity of the problem and intended audience
Technical feasibility and dependency risk
Scope compatibility with the stated budget
Security, privacy and ethical considerations
Fit with studio capabilities and current capacity
Whether a written, testable deliverable can be defined
Approval is never automatic.
Submitting a brief does not reserve capacity, create a development contract or guarantee that a quotation will be issued. Projects may be declined for reasons of fit, capacity, feasibility, risk, ethics or budget alignment.
We do not start with a verbal understanding and reconstruct the details later. The accepted quotation becomes the baseline for execution, review and handover.
Price, deliverables, exclusions, revision limit, timeline and any conditions are recorded in a versioned quotation.
Milestones, progress notes and project messages keep the work visible. Material scope changes are documented.
Completion review and verified payment precede the release of source code, documentation and agreed credentials.
04 / Payment
Standard terms: payment after completion and client review, before final handover. Any deposit arrangement must be stated in the accepted quotation.
Final invoice
Generated after completion and revision review. The amount and currency are those in the accepted quotation.
Secure release
Payment is verified server-side. Handover is then confirmed and recorded against the project.
Ready to begin
A considered brief is the best place to start. Share the problem, constraints and references. We will take it from there.
