By creating an account, submitting a project brief, accepting a quotation or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.
If you do not agree, do not submit a project or use the restricted areas of the platform. The terms version you accepted is recorded with your submission and quotation.
Access is provided through Google authentication only. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use. Do not share your session or allow another person to act through your account.
We may suspend or restrict an account where there is evidence of spam, fraud, abuse, payment misconduct, a serious policy violation or a legal requirement to do so. Restrictions are recorded and can be reviewed through support.
Submitting a brief does not create a contract for development, guarantee acceptance, reserve capacity or fix a price. Every submission begins as Pending review. The studio may accept, reject, request more information or decline to quote.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must have the right to share any files, repositories, specifications or confidential material you upload.
A written quotation describes the proposed scope, deliverables, exclusions, timeline, revision limit and price. A quotation is an offer that must be accepted before development begins. The accepted version is preserved as an immutable historical record.
Material changes after acceptance require a documented change request. We may issue a new quotation version. Work outside the accepted scope is not included unless it is separately agreed.
Indicative budgets supplied in a brief are not quotations. They are used only to understand expectations and constraints.
Delays caused by missing information, unavailable client stakeholders or third-party service failures may affect the timeline.
Standard terms: payment after completion and client review, before final handover. Any deposit arrangement must be stated in the accepted quotation.
The final amount, currency and any deposit arrangement must be stated in the accepted quotation. Payments are recorded against the project. Payment is not treated as successful solely because a browser reports a callback; where a payment provider is used, server-side signature verification is required.
Final source code, credentials, deployment details and agreed deliverables are released only after completion, client review and verified payment. Handover is recorded with the receiving user, administrator and timestamp.
Unless a quotation states otherwise, you receive the agreed project-specific deliverables and the rights expressly described in the accepted quotation after full payment. The studio retains ownership of pre-existing tools, generic components, internal libraries, methodologies and know-how.
Third-party libraries, fonts, APIs, assets and services remain subject to their own licences and terms. The quotation may identify dependencies or subscription costs. You are responsible for maintaining third-party accounts and licences after handover.
You may not use the platform to submit or develop projects that:
We may refuse or stop work on a project that presents legal, ethical, security or reputational risk. Where work has already been performed, the treatment of fees is assessed in good faith and subject to applicable law.
Completed professional services are generally non-refundable where permitted by law. This does not override mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, fraud protections or obligations arising from non-performance.
The following are assessed separately: rejection before work begins, pre-development cancellation, work already performed, platform-side inability to deliver, duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions, and disputed transactions.
To raise a payment or delivery dispute, use the project conversation or contact support with the project reference. We will review the project record, accepted scope, payment evidence and any applicable statutory rights. Administrators may issue a refund or correction where required by law or where the record supports it.
We aim to keep the platform available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, security events or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
The platform relies on services including Google Firebase, hosting and payment providers. Their availability, terms and data locations are outside our control. We may update features or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new version and, where required, presented for acceptance.
Except for the express commitments in an accepted quotation, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory consumer rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or loss of anticipated savings. The studio's aggregate liability arising from a project is limited to the amount paid for that project, unless a different limit is stated in the accepted quotation.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence. The parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith through the project record and support process.
Questions about these terms can be sent to studio@formaproj.com. Include your project reference where applicable.
